This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing and using tickets for events at Rosewood. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase:

• All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the specific event listing or by law. Rosewood will refund a ticket on a show that we cancel. We will not refund tickets for artist cancellations. Sunset on the Patio is a Rain/Shine event. We will not refund tickets due to weather.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or household.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the venue. Any attempt to resell tickets without permission will render the ticket void. There are no physical tickets.
• We offer various ticket purchase methods, including online, and in-person at the building. Tickets are only sold on Rosewoodwi.com and sunsetonthepatio.com.
• Ticket purchase covers admission only. Food and beverage are available for purchase on location. 
• We will not refund tickets if the party is a no-call no-show for the event. We will do our best to reschedule if you cannot make it , but cannot guarantee a space will be available. 
• Rosewood has the right to change the ticket price at any time. No refunds will be given for sales events. 

2. Ticket Validity and Entry:

• Your ticket purchase via our website enters you into our system. There is no need to print a ticket.
• The right of admission is reserved by the venue. We may refuse entry to anyone for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of our guests, performers, and staff.

3. Event Cancellations and Postponements:

• In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, we will offer a full refund to ticket holders within a reasonable time.
• For postponed events, we will reschedule the event and honor all original tickets. Ticket holders will be notified of the new date and time.
• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to a cancelled or postponed event.

4. Prohibited Items and Conduct:

• We have the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
  • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or violence
  • Possession of illegal drugs or weapons
  • Smoking or vaping in non-designated areas
  • Throwing objects or engaging in any activity that could harm others.
• The following items are generally prohibited within the venue:
  • Outside food and beverages (unless explicitly allowed for specific events)
  • Pets (unless service animals)
  • Laser pointers, fireworks, or other items deemed dangerous

5. Lost and Found:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will make a reasonable effort to return any lost items found in the venue to their rightful owner. Please contact the venue management to inquire about lost items.

• We strive to provide accurate information about events and ticket policies. However, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice.
