Rosewood Music Theater in Delavan, Wisconsin is the musical home of Mark and Gretch Hladish. For more than 20 years, Mark and Gretch have worked together, arranging, recording and performing hundreds of popular songs. Each year they perform a schedule of themed cabaret shows in their own theater. Their Christmas Remembered shows have now become one of the longest running Christmas performances in Wisconsin. 2025 will be their 20th consecutive season sharing the songs of the season, accompanied by colorful lighting and imaginative video.

Phil Calkins is an audience favorite everywhere he entertains from the moment he fires up his acoustic twelve string guitar and raises his powerful tenor voice. The song selection is memorable, if not unforgettable, as Phil chooses his set list creatively from some of the most well-loved pop, country and rock music. Everyone is singing along and frequently couples are dancing. Rosewood is once again fortunate to have Phil Calkins performing for Sunset On The Patio at Rosewood!

Kandrice Jackson’s incredible voice is no stranger to Sunset On The Patio! When Rosewood was introduced to her Soul Review Band it was a done deal. The 5-piece band is well loved in Rockford, Illinois for their dynamic range of R&B, smooth jazz, funk and pop music. They play popular music from the 60’s to modern day at clubs, festivals and block parties and have been featured at Hard Rock Café Stage.

RONNIE NYLES

Based out of Milwaukee, Ronnie Nyles performs at some of the most iconic stages in the Mid-West and beyond. She is a powerhouse singer with the writing style to match and Ronnie’s smokey-whiskey voice grabs your attention whether performing a country ballad or shredding her guitar to a classic rock tune. It is Rosewood’s pleasure to invite Ronnie Nyles back to The Patio!

DERRICK PROCELL

Derrick Procell is a long-time “friend of the family” here at Rosewood. He is a gifted songwriter, arranger, producer, and pianist whose performances range from expressive solo sets to full-band productions and concerts. Derrick has a one in a million blues voice and driving keyboard style that is right at home performing the songs of Joe Cocker, Van Morrison and Elton John, as well as his own exceptionally crafted original songs. He has the history, traveled the miles and paid the price to sing The Blues like few others can.

KAREN SHOOK

Karen Shook was born on Chicago's south side, the second of eleven kids. Her roots are planted in blues and soul. She was set afire by Sarah Vaughan, The Indigo Girls, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Aretha Franklin, Brandi Carlile, and Cyndi Lauper. Her passionate performance of “all the Feel-Good Songs” is captivating listeners around the Midwest. We look forward to Karen Shook visiting Rosewood’s Sunset On The Patio!

BIG SKY ACOUSTIC TRIO

Rob Anderlik (dobro slide guitar) and Mike Church (guitar) with Tom Culver (cello) – have become SOTP regulars. This Chicago based group is steeped in Bluegrass, Blues and American Roots Music, bringing an energy and love for improvisation and bound with modern edges. They draw from old standards, classic rock tunes, swampy blues, as well as original compositions. The music is contagious, exciting and spontaneous.

GRITMAN & MORAN

Gritman & Moran is a musical duo featuring vocalist Heather Moran and guitarist/singer Steve Gritman. This talented Lake County duo performs a variety of styles, including rock, country, pop, jazz and more. Their repertoire includes songs by artists such as Lucinda Williams, Doobie Brothers, Miranda Lambert, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Little Big Town, Foo Fighters, Pink, Little River Band, Rusted Root, Amy Winehouse, The Beatles, and Ed Sheeran. Rosewood is pleased to present these two exceptional musicians to Sunset On The Patio for the very first time this season!

JULIE OEHME

Julie Oehme is a singer, pianist and songwriter from Cedarburg, Wisconsin. In the tradition of composers like Carol King and Joni Mitchell, Julie artfully crafts her songs, exploring thoughtful reflections of life, love and the human experience. Julie’s piano performance is the perfect accompaniment, as she gives voice to her original compositions. Although the music is uniquely personal, audiences quickly relate to the common threads that are sown throughout an evening of her music. Rosewood is delighted to present Julie Oehme once again at Sunset On The Patio.

PETER THOMAS

Peter J Thomas is a professional full time cellist with the Milwaukee Symphony since 2008 and has performed all over the world as a solo artist, orchestral musician, or with ensembles and bands.  He has toured with national acts such as Peter Gabriel, The Eagles, Disturbed, Sarah McLachlan, Transiberian Orchestra, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Ben Folds, Violent Femmes, Stewart Copeland, and the Indigo Girls.

Peter’s performance is extraordinary, combining cello, looping effects and his vocals to create live arrangements of a wide range of musical styles. Sunset On The Patio is excited to introduce this exceptional musician to our audience!

HANNAH SATTLER KOEPNICK

Hannah Sattler has been singing and making music since she was just a child. In 2020 Hannah was on American Idol all the way to Hollywood, just falling short of the top 40 contestants. The range and passion in her voice is truly uncommon. Hannah is like family around here and Rosewood has become a second home to this gifted young lady with the big soulful country voice.

CORNER BOYS

Dave Kunzweiler, Paul Hilderbrand and Michael Rothstein, aka Corner Boys, have forged a tradition at Rosewood’s Sunset On The Patio, sharing their lifelong passion for music with smooth street-corner vocal harmony. So much more than a typical acoustic cover band, the Corner Boy's playlist drifts effortlessly from Lyle Lovett to Michael Jackson. Their attention to detail, dynamics and nuance makes for a fabulous evening of expressive music. Rosewood is honored to host a reunion performance of one of the finest to ever grace our Patio Stage.

HARLAN JEFFERSON

Influenced by blues, jazz, R&B, gospel, and hip hop – Rockford’s own, Harlan Jefferson has evolved into one of the Midwest’s Master Performers. His saxophone interpretations of popular music are soulful, warm and expressive. Harlan always honors the original melodies of each song but has a gift to explore the chord progression as he improvises and lets the instrument soar. Harland Jefferson always brings the party to Sunset On The Patio.
